IL LIBRO:
How have human rights been affirmed in Europe? Which traditions and historical facts have influenced the production of constitutional and international documents determining the content of human rights? Starting from a reconstructive perspective, this book offers a multifaceted vision of how human rights can be understood today in Europe. Thus, it becomes clear that a complex web of disciplines, themes and methodologies is necessary in order to elaborate possible policy indications regarding current international political challenges. |
